All legal consultations are by appointment. Prior to your scheduled appointment, you will receive a list of suggested documents and information to bring to the appointment with you. By coming prepared to your initial consultation, you will receive as much direction and advice possible and Laura will be better prepared to move forward with any planning necessary in your matter.

We understand that it is not always possible for the senior or disabled individual to be present at the intitial consultation. If you are reprsenting a loved one, friend, or client, a determination will be made a the initial consultation regarding "who is the client". Once that determination is made, the rules of confidentiality, fiduciary duty, and Elder Law Attorney Ethics will be discussed.
If the attorney cannot take on the matter because of conflict of interest or subject matter, you will certainly be referred to an attorney that can help with the particular issue.
